just post your character's name and the horse you want to lease below.
Flight of Pegasus (the image above is part of the stock collection of nikkalya-stock on deviantart.com) registured name: Flight of Pegasus barn/ nick-name: Pegasus breed: Andalusian age: twelve height: 16hh gender: stallion rider: Molly Forrester
disciplined: combined training ( jumping, cross-country, dressage ), english pleasure, some western pleasure riding level: beginner + temperament: Pegasus is the second oldest horse on the grounds (at the moment) and is probably as gentle as Carlo. In fact, the two are stable buddies and Carlo is the only horse Zan is allowed to be turned out with. Pegasus was brought to Autumn Hills when he was still a very young horse and was trained as the show horse for Jessica Hall, the co-founder of Autumn Hills. The fact that he still a stallion worries some of the riders, but his owner's never saw the need to geld him. He was going be used as a stud, but since he was great with children, especially Jessica's, they decided to use him as a lesson horse. He is a quiet horse and adores people, especially if they happen to have a treat in their pocket. He's like a babysitter when you put children or inexperienced riders on his back, but is also able to pick up the pace and move with energy. He is a great jumper and loves dressage. Pegasus does a bit of western but isn't all that great with neck-reining.
Monte Carlo (the image above is part of the stock collection of salsolastock on deviantart.com) registured name: Monte Carlo barn/ nick-name: Carlo breed: draft x paint x unknown age: seventeen height: 17.2hh gender: gelding rider:
disciplined: western / english pleasure, jumping, some dressage riding level: beginner + temperament: Carlo is the 'old timer' here at Maple Ridge both because he is the oldest horse here and has been here for most of his life. Even though seventeen isn't all that old for a horse, its more middle-aged, Carlo is viewed as the senior lesson horse. He is a large, heavy horse due to his draft lineage, but the words gentle giant come to mind when you think of him. He is easily the largest horse and the calmest horse on the grounds. He's done about everything, from cross-country to western, he's even done a bit of basic reining (he wasn't very good though). He isn't the fastest horse but can move quickly if asked, and is dressage skills aren't the best but he'll help get a beginner through a pattern. He is a steady horse and looks after his rider, making a beginner or shakey rider comfortable, but he is also able to please an experienced rider as well.
Bullseye (the image above is part of the stock collection of ArabianHorseStock9 on deviantart.com) registured name: Bullseye barn/ nick-name: Bullseye breed: Arabian age: nine height: 15hh gender: gelding rider:
disciplined: western / english pleasure, reining, jumping, some dressage riding level: beginner + temperment: Bullseye isn't as hot-tempered as you hear Arabians are supposed to be. He is usually very laid back and can even be a bit lazy at the beginning of the lesson. He may require a bit of urging when you first get on, so you better have pretty strong legs because you can't carry a whip or crop with him. They scare him he'll freak out if you approuch him with one. Other than that, its pretty hard to faze Bullseye. Naturally, like any horse, he'll jump a bit at a sudden loud noise or something, but settles down pretty fast. He was used as a western horse before coming to Autumn Rose and even has reining experience, so he's pretty good with that stuff. Bullseye also likes to jump, and though he wouldn't meet up to the big-time show horse standards, he is pretty good. You are welcome to try him out at dressage and cross-country. He'll do his best, but is honestly not that good at those two desciplines. rider: none
Calipso (the image above is part of the stock collection of EquineStockImagery on deviantart.com) registured name: Calipso barn/ nick-name: Calipso or Callie breed: Quarter Horse age: ten height: 15hh gender: mare rider: Emily Stewart
disciplined: western / english pleasure, reining, some combined training riding level: beginner + temperment: Callie is a sweet-heart. she is the first to stick her head out of the stall at the sound of foot-steps and the easiest to catch from the field. she was ridden by young children at her first home and in result is a very calm, gentle mare who can be handled by just about anyone. she is very paitent, which can be rare in a horse, and doesn't spook easily. under saddle Callie is very easy-going, going just the pace asked of her with-out complaint. western is her best desipline but she is also a great jumper, though is very careful and has to be pushed a bit to keep under the time. loud noises, trucks, flapping or odd colored objects don't faze her, though she does get a little excited at shows (the energy in the air and all)
Tobi (the image above is part of the stock collection of EquineStockImagery on deviantart.com) registured name: Tobi barn/ nick-name: Tobi breed: paint age: nine height: 15.1hh gender: gelding rider: Caden Walsh
disciplined: western pleasure, reining, some english pleasure / jumping riding level: beginner + temperament: Tobi was orginally trained as a rodeo horse, doing everything from reining to trick-riding ( which means he is also trained to obey voice commands. ) However, a leg injury forced him to 'retire' early. Though it wasn't serious, Tobi's owners decided to sell him, and he was bought by Autumn Hills. He was treated and now his leg is as good as new. Despite his past life being set in the excitment of rodeos, Tobi is a pretty calm and gentle horse ( though he gets a little forward when he is fresh ), and was dubbed perfect for people who want to ride reining or barrel racing. The Halls also discovered that he is quite a good jumper though he was horrible at dressage. His one bad habit is that he is a compulsive chewer. He'll chew any wood in his reach - the fence, stall doors, even trees. Tobi has also developed the habit of grabbing things in his mouth, brushes, lead robes, basically anything he can reach. But despite his slight snapping when his girth is being tightened, Tobi doesn't bite at humans.
Lace-n-Ribbons (the image above is part of the stock collection of starrynight-stock on deviantart.com) registured name: Lace-n-Ribbons barn/ nick-name: Lacey breed: Missouri Foxtrotter x unknown age: nine height: 15hh gender: mare rider:
disciplined: combined training, english / western pleasure riding level: beginner - advanced temperament: Lacey is a child's dream, a true people's horse. past her cute face is a very sweet personality which makes her perfect for riders just starting out. she is a quiet mare to be around in the stable and is even easy to catch in the field, especially if you bring treats. she is calm and composed in the ring, though she moves with an eager temperment. she does very well in the jumping arena or the dressage ring, calmly going through her paces at the requested speed of her rider. even though she is a good jumper, her cross-country skills are something to be desired. she'll try her best, but quite frankly she would rather jump fences than the more solid cross-country jumps with dips. Lacey also has a fear of whips and the sweet, gentle mare will turn into a spooked and some-what crazed mare when they are in sight, causing people to believe she was punished with them in a previous ownership.
Silver Bells (the image above is under CC and is taken by Just Chaos on flickr.com) registured name: Silver Bells barn/ nick-name: Bell breed: Andalusian age: six height: 15hh gender: mare rider: Annabelle Preston
disciplined: combined training, english pleasure, some western pleasure riding level: beginner + temperament:
Shamrock (the image above is part of the stock collection of loosends-stock on deviantart.com) registured name: Shamrock barn/ nick-name: Shamrock breed: Quarter Horse age: eight height: 15.1hh gender: mare rider:
disciplined: western pleasure, english pleasure, reining, some jumping riding level: beginner + temperament:
Fandago (the image above is part of the stock collection of bellanotte stock on deviantart.com) registured name: Fandago barn/ nick-name: Fandago breed: Percheron x Thoroughbred age: eight height: 16.3hh gender: gelding rider:
disciplined: combined training, english pleasure riding level: beginner + temperament:

Spitfire (the image above is part of the stock collection of EquineStockImagery on deviantart.com) registured name: Spitfire barn/ nick-name: Spitfire breed: warmblood age: eight height: 16hh gender: gelding rider:
disciplined: lesson horse (does classes in most discliplines, but does mostly three-day eventing - dressage, jumping, cross-country) riding level: intermediate - advanced temperament: Spitfire lives up to his name by means of his temperment. He is somewhat head strong and can be a bit pushy, which doesn't make him ideal for beginners. He has a habit of nipping, though he hardly ever actually bites someone. He also has a rather large stride, which isn't surprising considering his size, but it can be a bit hard keeping up with him on the ground. Spitfire will also toss his head when being lead or taken out of the stall, which sometimes intidates young or novice riders. When riding him, Spitfire often starts out with a buck or two, though never large enough to unseat an experienced rider - he is often compared to Tribulation as far as his temperment, though thankfully he isn't as bad. Once he gets his bucks out he is a perfect gentleman in the ring, and though he wouldn't be called push-button, he is more easy-going under saddle. However, you can't let your attention waver or he'll rush forward. Spitfire also spooks easily on the trail, so you have to be on your guard. If you can successfully ride him, Spitfire is almost unbeatable in the show ring - he is very talented as far as three-day eventing goes.
Sampson (the image above is part of the stock collection of salsolastock on deviantart.com) registured name: Sampson barn/ nick-name: Sammy breed: quarter horse age: six height: 15.1hh gender: gelding rider:
disciplined: lesson horse (does classes in most discliplines, but does mostly western and jumping) riding level: intermediate - advanced temperament:
Mirage (the image above is part of the stock collection of salsolastock on deviantart.com) registured name: Mirage barn/ nick-name: Mo breed: quarter horse age: nine height: 14.2hh gender: mare rider: Nathan Flemming
disciplined: lesson horse (does classes in most discliplines, but does mostly western and jumping) riding level: intermediate - advanced temperament:
Apache Dancer (the image above is part of the stock collection of stockhorse on deviantart.com) registured name: Apache Dancer barn/ nick-name: Apache breed: paint x percheron age: nine height: 15.2hh gender: gelding rider:
disciplined: lesson horse (does classes in most discliplines, but does mostly jumping and dressage, some western) riding level: intermediate - advanced temperament: Apache is a spunky horse with a bit of an attitude problem. In the stable he is calm as can be, gazing out of the stall with a cute, gentle expression. He is nice to handle on the ground and is quiet when saddling. In the ring, however, he has a different facade. He has his days where he decides to be stubborn and lazy, forcing you to use your legs at every stride to get him moving, and then he'll have his spirited days where he'll spook at the silliest things or even throwing in a buck or two. He doesn't do this to be mean, but Apache likes to test his riders. He likes to see if you'll be able to stick with him and make him do what you want, or if you're a pushover and will let him have his way. If you want to have a chance riding this horse you have to be tough from the get-go, because if you let him get away with something its nearly impossible to fix. But once you figure him out he is a wonderful ride with a graceful jump and a wonderful dressage form.
Blue Wings (the image above is part of the stock collection of salsolastock on deviantart.com) registured name: Blue Wings barn/ nick-name: Blue breed: warmblood x thoroughbred age: seven height: 16.1hh gender: mare rider: Wes Preston
disciplined: lesson horse (does classes in most discliplines, but does mostly western and jumping) riding level: intermediate - advanced temperament: Blue Wings is a very sweet and friendly horse, another one of those horses who as an almost perfect temperment in the barn. She loves people and appreciates when someone comes to visit her, whether it is a quick one or they take the time to give her a good grooming. She stands still when being tacked up, even through the dreaded tightening of the girth. She takes that sweet personality to the ring, but she gets a bit more energetic when being ridden. She'll get a bit spooky in the arena and needs somewhat of a firm hand. She doesn't better when only one person rides her, sometimes she'll get confused by people's different riding styles, and Blue is the kind of horse who likes to click with one person as her rider. She excells at dressage and is a good jumper, but cross-country gets her too wound up and western confuses her a bit.
Tribulation (the image above is part of the stock collection of Caserta-Stock on deviantart.com) registured name: Tribulation barn/ nick-name: Trib breed: New Forest Pony age: seven height: 14.2hh gender: gelding rider:
disciplined: lesson horse (does classes in most discliplines, but does mostly western and jumping) riding level: intermediate - advanced temperament: a lot of people view ponies as small and sweet, perfect for children. though most are, Trib certainly isn't. in the stable he can be mild, with a few cases of nipping or pinned ears. he'll walk quite nicely when being led and usually stands very still when being tacked up, even allowing the rider to easily slip the bridle in his mouth without much fuss on his part. but when on his back, this pony loves to test people and see what he can get away with. when you first get on him he'll try to unseat the rider by bolting or bucking, though he rarely rears. if you can ride through his antics and regain control, he'll go quite nicely for you and the next time you ride him, even though he'll go through this process again, it will be easier to get him back on track. but if you can't and he throws you or can't control him, he'll make the rest of the ride very difficult. though he can go quite smoothly and nicely eventually, and is a great jumper, it is because of his routinue attempts to unseat his rider that he needs a more experienced hand.
Western Amigo (the image above is under CC and was taken by Just Chaos on flickr.com) registured name: Western Amigo barn/ nick-name: Amigo breed: Quarter Horse age: eight height: 15.1hh gender: gelding rider:
disciplined: western pleasure, reining riding level: intermediate + temperament:

Nutmeg (the image above is part of the stock collection of Limitofgold on deviantart.com) registured name: Nutmeg barn/ nick-name: Meggie breed: Warmblood x Connemara age: six height: 14.2hh gender: mare rider:
disciplined: lesson horse (does classes in most discliplines, but does mostly three-day eventing - dressage, jumping, cross-country) riding level: advanced temperament: Meggie is a sweetie. She doesn't get along with other horses that well and usually hangs by herself in the fields, but she'll be the first horse to the gate when she see's someone coming, and will be the first head to pop over the stall door when she hear's footsteps. Meggie is a favorite in the stable, though she is on the small side in terms of height, which prevents taller riders from rider her. She can get eager when being brought out of her stall, but the worse she'll do is toss her head a few times. In the ring, she has the tendency of getting excited very quickly and easily. It takes an experienced rider to keep her attention and handle her small spooks. She really needs an advanced rider since she is so young and new to the life of a lesson horse. Nutmeg isn't a fan of dogs and she'll side-step a bit when they get too close, but she rarely ever bolts.
Zip's Princess (the image above is part of the stock collection of FantasyDesignStock on deviantart.com) registured name: Zip's Princess barn/ nick-name: Princess breed: Quarter Horse age: four height: 15.1hh gender: mare rider:
disciplined: lesson horse (does classes in most discliplines, but does mostly three-day eventing - dressage, jumping, cross-country) riding level: advanced temperament: Princess is the baby of lesson horses, being the youngest of them. She was bred at a stable known for their high quality Quarter Horses and has very good blood-lines. She was bought by the Halls as a two-year old, and they were hoping to show her but they were so pleased with her temperment, she decided that she would fit in as a lesson horse. She loves people and is sweet, and, if it weren't for that fact that she is so young, she would probably be one of the most gentle horses on the grounds. But Princess gets a bit excited at times and likes to move a bit too quickly. She also has a problem about standing still and over - jumping, but has a nice form in both jumping and dressage when ridden correctly. Princess needs a rider that is experienced and paitient with gentle hands since she, being so young, is still quite sensitive (she has a soft mouth and bucks if her rider yanks on the reins). She also likes someone who will talk to her, it helps calm her when she gets excited or nervous.
Rising Knight (the image above is part of the stock collection of ximpossible on deviantart.com) registured name: Rising Knight barn/ nick-name: Knight breed: Thoroughbred age: eight height: 16hh gender: gelding rider:
disciplined: lesson horse (does classes in most discliplines, but does mostly three-day eventing - dressage, jumping, cross-country) riding level: intermediate / advanced temperament: Knight was trained as a racehorse in his early days, bred and born on a Thoroughbred stable. He raced a bit as a three-year old, but never did well or placed. Before long he was sold to Autumn Hills, where the owner has been working with him, training him to jump. He has a large stride, which may make a few people nervous, and he sometimes jumps very big. He has gotten better, but since he is a Thoroughbred off the track, Knight can be a bit silly at times. He doesn't do it to be mean, but he frigthens and spooks a bit more easily but he rarely bolts anymore, though it is advised that more experienced riders take him on the cross-country course. Since its a big open area where you are usually going fast, Knight gets a bit excited and can be hard to handle. He's better in the jumping ring and is an excellant jumper and very good at dressage. In the stable he is the sweetest, just about anybody can handle him in the stall or in the aisle way.
