apperance:
Everyone says the Michelle looks almost exactly like her older sister, Paige. It isn't uncommon for people to ask if they are twins, they almost could be. The similarties between the two, only a year apart, were even more startling before Paypay chopped off her beautiful long, dark hair. But of course, they have their differences. For example, Mitchie is more petite and shorter than her sister who, along with their brawnly older brother, have slightly towering heights. Of course, considering their shorter than average parents, Michelle is starting to follow in her siblings foot steps with her steadily growing height. Also like her sister, Michelle could be considered a slender girl, but is a bit more curvy than her angular sister. The points of her hips and joints aren't as harsh and jig-saw like, but she is still quite thin.
The similarity between sisters seems most noticable in their face. They have the same rounded, almost heart shaped face with soft looking skin, though Michelle has a much paler complexion without doubt. She has a tiny nose, her cheeks have a naturally rosey undertone and her chin is a bit more pointy than her sister. Mitchie also has had an unfortunate time with acute achne, not very noticable but troublesome all the same. After experimenting with different brands of face wash and creams, she has seemed to gain control over it but there are days were a few pop up. But no worries, a good cover-up is a lifesaver! On to her eyes. Michelle has small, round eyes which seem dark from far away but up close you can see its a brown color, making her eyes look warm. Mitchie isn't too fond of the color but people tell her its a soft color, cozy even, though she'll always argue that it is too plain, and the color of dirt.
Now Mitchie's hair is the exact same as Paige's hair was before she created her new look. Both of the girls have dark hair, a brown-but-almost-black sort of color, you know the kind that looks black in some lighting but a nice shade of brown in others. Her hair is long, past her shoulders, and usually has a slight, natural wave to it. Of course, Mitchie often straightens her hair but likes the soft curls as well. She takes much more time tending to her hair then her sister ever did, which very much pleased their fashion-obsessed mother, who has helped the girls experiment with different hair styles. Michelle has taken a liking to her current style - long, obviously, with slight layers (just barely noticable) and some bangs off to the side that usually blend with her other strands of hair.
Unlike Paige, Michelle enjoys their mother's attempts to outfit them in fashionable clothes. Its almost odd - Mitchie loves dressing up, mix-matching clothes but she also has that tom-boy aspect when she goes to the stables, when she is comfortable wearing plain jeans and a t-shirt. For school or any regular day, Mitchie absolutly loves putting on scarves and her skirts and such, combining clothes that seem they wouldn't look good together but making it work. When applying her make-up, however, Michelle tends to follow her sister's lead by using natural colors and such, but uses a careful hand when getting the shading just right around her eyes, or covering up those annoying achne that live to torment her.
personality:
Michelle usually conveys herself to be a bubbly, out-going person. She has such a warm attitude that she makes friends easily and quickly. Confidence must run in the family, because like her siblings she is usually surging with it. Of course, she is a bit more loud and daring with this confidence than her brother and sister. Michelle tends to act on impulse, which means that in certain situations she acts before she thinks, charging ahead without planning through her actions, which often results in something that she either regrets or gets in trouble for, or both.
history:
Michelle is the baby of the house hold, the last addition made to the Pierce family. Her parents are Robert and Mary-Jane Pierce, a young couple at the time and already the parents of two children, Kyle - a two year old, and Paige - a one year old. People quickly noticed the similarities between the sisters, only a year apart. MJ found it was easier having three kids in three years, how odd it may be, getting the toddler years done and over with quickly. She was also shocked to see that her kids got along much better than average siblings (there were hardly any fights) and was proud to say that they were all three close, though Paige and Kyle certainly got along very well. Their mother often claimed that Paige and Kyle were twins, seperated by one year, not because they looked alike but because they were so well intuned with each other.
Michelle grew up happy, she loved the gifts and clothes her parents gave her, she was considered a popular at school and she enjoyed hanging out with her siblings, who at that 'protective older sister/brother' attire going on. Though Kyle and Paige were defiantly closer than they were with Mitchie, they still had a stronger bond than usual siblings, which proved useful in later years. Michelle has had many friends throughout her school years, a few close, but she never had any "bffs" and found that she was changing friends and crowds a lot. Michelle never saw anything wrong with this - things change, people change - and she always had someone to talk to and hang out with.
It was Paige and Jane who first discovered the love for horse riding, and Michelle followed suite enthuastically and much more quickly than Kyle, who had his doubts. She surprised her family as she flung her girly girl look out for this one activity, wearing anything from jeans to sweat-pants to the barn, never actual riding pants/jackets unless she was in a show. Mitchie grew attached to the ponies and horses, finding that she loved to ride the more oddly colored equines than your traditional bay or chestnut. While she shared Paige and Jane's love for eventing, jumping was such a rush, Michelle also discovered the fun of western riding along with her brother who wasn't as talented in jumping and dressage. Imagine her mother's dismay when Mitchie announched she wanted to learn western and barrel racing! Mary-Jane was frightened that her little girl would transform into a rodeo cowgirl. Of course, Michelle avoided her mother's disapointment by continuing her love for fashion outside of the stables.
Shortly after Paige bought her first horse, the beautiful black thoroughbred, Prudence, Michelle met her first equine love. The stable they took lessons at bought a couple new horses, amoung them a couple quarter horses, some mixes, and the oddest of them all, a small blue roan colt. He certainly didn't have the careful elegance of a thoroughbred or warmblood, but he had a sturdy and proud look that made him appear very handsome. The fact that Blackberry Clouds was a roan was what drew Michelle to him, and she soon fell in love with the gelding, who she later learned was a mustang, quarter horse cross. It was hard to convince her mother to let her buy the speedy gelding, who was accompied by Strawberry Fields (another roan mustang cross), a horse that Kyle despertally wanted to buy. Of course the thought of a mustang as her children's mounts wasn't very appealing, but Mary-Jane and Robert soon gave in to their pleads. Each of their second horses were found in an accidental way and they were lucky to get their parent's approval for these purchases before the tension settled.
It was after this that all hell broke out in the Pierce home. All of the sudden there were cold stares being passed between Robert and Mary-Jane, quiet and forced polite dinners and those days where the couple didn't speak at all. The three siblings were confused and unhappy, hating the silence until they decided they prefered it that way. Robert and MJ started their fighting and yelling, slamming of the doors, which lasted well into the night. Paige's mom seemed to believe her husband was cheating on her and her voice became sharp and shrill, her face hard. The house suddenly became the hot spot, the 'war-zone', instead of the relaxed and warm comfort place it should have been. While all the children were upset, Paige took it a step further and became resentful toward her parents, always rushing forward into fights and yelling matches over the smallest of things, constantly breaking the rules (cutting her hair, etc.) just to rebell and protest. The Pierce kids stayed out later and stalled coming home from school, taking shelter at a friends house (mostly Jane's) until they had to go home. Of course, now that they have all moved their horses to Autumn Hills, which is closer to their home and school, it will be easier to avoid the tenseful enviroment of their house.

disiplined: jumping, basic dressage, western
training level: well trained in western/jumping, green in dressage
being trained: working with dressage since its their weak point

short description:
Berrie is a handsome boy. Michelle was first drawn to his beautiful coat, which is blue roan. His body is a blue/steel gray and his points (mane, tail, legs) are a darker, almost black color. All four of his legs are white underneath the knee and he has a blaze running down his face. Berrie is very sturdy looking, and traces of his Quarter horse half are noticable. The gelding has strong hind quarters and he has inherited the quick sprint the Quarter Horse is known for. He has a sort of broad head, which he carries high in a way that shows off the pride and smarts that come from his mustang half.
short temperment:
Like all horses, Berrie is a herd animal. Sadly, for some reason, poor Berrie is usually the lowest horse in the pecking order, so he perfers either Jazzy's company or Michelle's, who he seems to see as the 'alpha', which is the way it should be. It is clear that he expects her to take charge and likes it, which means he is resentful of being ridden by other people. Berrie usually goes quite well with Michelle, but he is smart and mustang-proud, so he can tell when she is scared or isn't paying attention. At times like these, Berrie has no problem taking over as the leader, which isn't always a good thing.

in depth:
short description:
Though both Jazzy and Berrie are part Quarter Horse, Jazzman has a much leaner form. His legs are long and slender and he is thin, obviously built for speed rather than strenght. His head is finely made, not at all broad like Michelle's half mustang. The one thing the two horses have in common, besides their Quarter Horse lineage, is that Michelle was drawn to Jazzy because of his coat as well. He is a dark buckskin/dun, a dark butterscotch color complete with the dark legs and face. The gelding also as a dorsal strip and dark chocolate mane and tail. The only white on his body is the semi-bald face on his head.
short temperment:
Jazzy, in some ways, is much more easy going then Berrie. Since he is new, the gelding hasn't had time to form a bond with Michelle, so he defiantly isn't a one-person horse ( yet ) and is more allowing when other people climb on his back. He is still babyish in a way, as in he hates being left alone and strives for company. However, like Berrie, he usually ranks lower then other horses he is turned out with, and though the roan half mustang is defiantly dominant over Jazzy, the two get along great and tend to enjoy each others company. Jazzman is also more skittish, mostly because he is still young and getting used to his new owner.
